2. Products and Orders

All product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

By placing an order, you represent that: (a) the information you provide is accurate and complete; (b) you are authorized to use the payment method provided; and (c) you are 18 years of age or older.

3. Subscriptions

Glÿka offers Subscribe & Save subscriptions billed on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on the selected billing cycle until you cancel.

• You may schedule subscription cancellation through your account dashboard.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• You may pause your subscription for up to 3 months.
• Subscription prices may change with 30 days' notice.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in US dollars and subject to applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card information. In case of payment failure, we will attempt to contact you to resolve the issue before canceling any active subscription.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Glÿka and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products are intended as dietary supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Results may vary. Statements made about our products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Consult your healthcare provider before starting any supplement regimen.

The Site and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glÿka shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our Site or products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
