Our Policy
Eligible first orders are covered by our 30-day money-back policy. If you're not satisfied, contact us with your order number and we'll review the request.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund:
- Your refund request must be submitted within 30 days of your delivery date.
- The refund policy applies to first-time orders and first subscription charges.
- Subsequent subscription orders may be eligible for exchange or store credit after review.
- Products damaged in transit may be eligible for replacement or refund after review.
How to Request a Refund
- Contact us at support@glyka.store or via our contact form. Include your order number.
- We'll review your request and confirm the next step as soon as support can process it.
- Refund processing: Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank or card issuer).
You do not need to return the product. We ask for your feedback so we can improve, but it's entirely optional.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged item. We'll review the issue and confirm whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.
Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription through your account dashboard. Cancellation is scheduled at the end of the current billing period, and orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.
If a subscription order has already been charged but not yet shipped, contact us within 2 hours of the charge for a full refund.
Non-Refundable Items
- Gift cards and store credit are non-refundable.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
